What makes it special to me is that it came off the first roll of film that I developed at home.
I had been planning and acquiring the bits I needed for weeks until I finally ran out of excuses.
I followed the instructions from the Ilford Web site and it went mostly to plan.
The buzz when I pulled the reel from the tank at the end and saw my photos was immense.
I’ve since processed about 5 more rolls including some medium format film.
The best part being that I’ve got enough stuff to do about 25 rolls of film before I need to buy any more chemicals.
